It has been resolved that your esteemed committee shall be represented at meetings by the chairman and secretary of the committee. Please notify one of these two persons when meetings are to be held.
As for publications, the publications department has already been instructed to present to your esteemed committee two copies of each issue of Xiangdao, and one copy of each issue of Qianfeng and Xin qingnian. For other titles such as Gongren zhoukan, please have your committee arrange direct exchanges of publications.
