ABSTRACT
This report on the affairs of the Society is devoted exclusively to a record of three meetings of Society members held in Changsha in January of the tenth year. The first of these three meetings was a New Year’s meeting, held from January 1 to January 3; the second meeting was the regular monthly meeting for January of this year and took place on January 16; the third meeting was the regular monthly meeting for February of this year and took place on February 20. The discussion on each of these three occasions was extremely detailed and exhaustive. It is recorded separately below.
