Report on the Work of the Propaganda Department from February 1 to May 15

Since the close of the Second National Congress, that is, since the beginning of February, our assignment of duties to staff members and all of our plans have proceeded in accordance with the Resolution on Propaganda adopted at the Second Congress. Here I shall report succinctly on the circumstances of the work of our department from February 1 to May 15 of this year, as follows:
