ABSTRACT

Amoy Gardens Block E had recognized as a central location in which people infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) virus. International Health Regulations (IHR) in 1956 established some regulations to help prevent the international spread of disease. One of the critical centers for China's present industrial revolution and nearly 10 million migrant workers have moved to the area from China's less industrialized rural areas. National Law on Communicable Disease Prevention and Control law mandated reporting of specified diseases that each level of government receive reports of the diseases and investigate them. Some people in turn helped to spread the illness to others in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Ireland, Germany, and Canada about the disease. SARS provides another framework for handling questions regarding public health crises. It also demonstrates the challenges of viral dissemination in modern era of easy, speedy transport and mass urbanization, of which are increasingly characteristic of the twenty-first century.
