ABSTRACT

The agency, KMF was a large independent agency in the Southwest. KMF was a venerable old agency that was in the midst of retooling itself to meet the new digital age. KMF management hoped that this scholarship would not only be a good thing to do but that it would also help the agency attract new talent to meet the new age of advertising. Sarah was allowed to participate in one of KMF's largest accounts: a large computer manufacturer. KMF also trained her in the way the agency operated. The last week of her internship, KMF offered Sarah a full-time position with the agency, working in the same account group that she had interned with. Sarah really liked KMF. They were very professional yet very family oriented. The agency's advertising accounts reflected the agency's personality. The only downside of KMF was that it didn't have a lot of people her age in the agency.
