ABSTRACT

The president of Tinsdale Agency and Design, Lou Tinsdale had always been lax in his management approach. It is his design background made him a pretty laid-back manager. The creative capability of his graphics design firm had led to advertising work. He finds himself the president of the largest advertising agencies in Nashville. Lou hired a new CFO, Bob Armstrong, who had a big agency pedigree. Bob large agencies in New York and Chicago. He recently is with JWT until they closed their Nashville office after losing their largest account. Lou excites to get someone of Bob's magnitude and hoped Bob's influence help the Tinsdale Agency become sophisticated. He worry Bob would not fit into the laid-back culture that he had cultivated. Bob stormes into Lou's office waving a cost accounting report. Lou closed his door and began to think about what Bob had said. He wanted to be more sophisticated he wanted to retain his culture.
