ABSTRACT
Globalization is the process by which the world is moving toward increasing economic unification and integration. Recent decades saw a greater globalization of economic affairs throughout most of the world. One aspect of globalization is instant communication and rapid transportation around the world. No one objects to quicker communication, quicker transportation, and closer economic ties around the world. But who controls the process of globalization, who benefits from it, and who loses from it are controversial issues.
