ABSTRACT
A learning team is a tremendous resource for industry, governments, educational institutions, civic action and neighborhood. Highly innovative industries, such as bio-medical engineering or technology, already imbed the learning practices. What is inherent in human learning is that it is a collective exercise whereby what one person knows gets shared. The ultimate goal of education is to improve people's lives in some manner. Curriculum theorists have long studied how the new ideas are frequently introduced in classrooms for the elite schools whereas the old "memorize" and "discipline" rules are used for poorer students. The software for educational planning gets more sophisticated, but it does not encompass the paradigm shifts of global learning networks. One's competitive advantage is that he/she has a diverse team that works well together, that built new knowledge together, that can now be put to work in building the next iteration.
