ABSTRACT

Education does, indeed, often result in increased earnings and growing national economies. As an economy moves from low-skilled and poor pay to improved skills and elevating pay scales, they have incentives to keep wages low at the bottom end. Human capital theory assumes that Pima's education allows her to join a world that is under way. Pima's world changes as her neighbors get educated. The way of organizing work, medical protocols and medical record-keeping can be standardized throughout the world to reflect new global standards. Governments and the World Health Organization (WHO) took over the administration as a public program. As societies grew, as collective experience was gained, people began to believe they had the capacity to rule themselves that a good society could result from the decisions of the people. It is useful to understand that an investment in education can result in a wealthier society, it leaves unexamined the system's nature of education and economics.
