ABSTRACT

Many business questions are concerned with the relationship between two or more variables. Questions such as, Are sales related to advertising? Is product quality related to customer loyalty? Is educational level associated with the purchase of a particular stock? and How much safety training is required to reduce accidents? can be answered by using statistical techniques to examine relationships between variables. This chapter explains how you can use statistical techniques to examine questions like these. To better illustrate the statistical analyses, we use SPSS software.
