ABSTRACT

This chapter outlines the preferred method of producing a program for a project of the size. Comments are included that explain how certain portions of the Society Bank programming process actually occurred. Interior Programming, Stacking, and Blocking for Society National Bank. Society Bank had committed to be the lead tenant within Society Center prior to retaining Gensler and Associates. The managing principal of the Gensler Houston office was involved during the early meetings, in which project directives were established by senior management of Society Bank. The core interview team included the senior programmer and project architect from Gensler and the vice president from the Corporate Facilities Division of Society Bank. Ibst space standards and add-on factors were developed for Society Bank as the data were entered into the computer. The establishment of space standards can expedite the process of determining the amount of space that will be required by a company.
