ABSTRACT
Millie starts her first class online and is overwhelmed with what she sees. She does not know where to find out what assignments to complete and is not sure how to contact her professor. After a few days, she is able to contact her academic advisor and get instructions on how to navigate her way through the classroom. However, by the time she figures this out, most of her classmates have posted to the discussion board and she realizes that she has already fallen behind.
