Demonstrate awareness of how deductive theory can be used to identify causal mechanisms that explain the association between separation and intimate partner homicide
Derive different causal mechanisms accounting for the association between separation and intimate partner femicide from the two evolutionary psychological theories of intimate partner femicide described in this chapter
Derive different causal mechanisms underlying the association between separation and intimate partner femicide from the patriarchy and conflict resolution theories described in this chapter
Demonstrate awareness of choosing/using different self-help and third party methods of settling conflicts over separation to intimate partner femicide during and after separation
