ABSTRACT
There are numerous different legal issues of constitutional magnitude affecting prisoners that do not readily fi t into any of the preceding chapters. The topics noted here do not, of course, exhaust the differences between free people and prisoners. They do, however, point out the fact that incarceration is much more than merely a change in location. It is a change in constitutional status.
