Liability and Sexual Harassment Sexual harassment has become one of the most potentially critical management problems faced by the administrator. The Equal Employment Opportunities Commission has annually reported on the outcome of claims of sexual harassment in the workplace. The trends of outcome of claims filed from 1997 through 2011 are shown in Table 9.1 ( EEOC, 2012 ).
