ABSTRACT
This chapter presents worksheets that contain a range of practical activities that will enable us develop our abilities as an automotive electrical systems technician. The tasks are aligned with recognized vocational qualifications. A blank job card and an assessor report are provided with each worksheet. This should be copied and then filled in alongside the task we are completing, including all relevant details regarding the vehicle, the fault and the rectification procedure where appropriate. If we had any health and safety issues to address this will help demonstrate our competence. By completing job cards thoroughly at this stage of our career as a technician, we will be well prepared for the time when we are required to complete job cards in the workplace as a Level 2 technician.
