ABSTRACT
Biological science tries to explain life through a sort of physiological causality, the causality of the chemical transformations of the body, as we try to explain the evolution of certain forms by certain climatic conditions or other physical or physiological conditions. The lectures, commentaries, and discussion are preserved in the notes of the Kundalini Yoga Seminar. Now, we have been reading the sermons or reflections of Zarathustra, and there has been very little action, but here we come upon action again, as in the descent of Zarathustra from the mountain and the meeting of the old wise man. The chapter explained that once to a conference of theologians in Strasbourg and they all averted their eyes and walked round it. Here we have the image of the dark cloud spread over the earth, in which the lightning is hidden.
