The performance of a Passivhaus building is not limited to measurement in PHPP and achieving all the facets of the certification process at desktop level. Where architectural construction projects are concerned, matters such as planning, form, ambience and spatial requirements must also take on board functional, technical, social, environmental and aesthetic considerations.
