ABSTRACT

Compared to the traditional theory-dominant philosophy of science, philosophy of scientific practice is at least one of the practice-dominant philosophy of science, or a philosophy of science based on practice. Aristotle’s ‘practice’ was put forward in ethical and political senses, which related to people’s correct behaviours. His practice refers to the behaviours of goodness. The content of Aristotle’s poiesis has been taken into the understanding of Practice. After Aristotle, German philosophers, influenced by the Greek philosophy especially the philosophy of Aristotle, have attached great importance to practical problems, especially I. Kant. There is a difference between the practice of concept of nature and the practice of concept of freedom in Kant. Kant admitted that theoretical philosophy can be practiced, and its principles come from theoretical knowledge of nature. Practice is the basic characteristic of Marxist philosophy, which is identified by most of researchers on Marx.
