ABSTRACT

Just because your students have completed the test, this doesn’t mean that the learning is over. There are a number of approaches for revisiting a test during which students can still learn and/or demonstrate mastery of learning objectives while also perhaps recovering part of their grade. The basic technique involves permitting students to revisit the test at some point after they’ve earned an initial score. The issues become, how long after? in what way(s)? and for what additional contribution to the grade?
