ABSTRACT
In the two previous chapters, we investigated educational philosophies based on the natural development of the child. Another aspect of a student-centered education focuses on learning knowledge and developing skills to solve authentic, practical problems. The wonder question asks, “What if … the purpose of education were to learn to solve practical problems?”
