ABSTRACT
One of the reasons that this chapter is near the beginning of
the book is to underscore the importance of people in
production. A good crew is far more important than the latest
equipment. The crew will make or break the production. It
really does not matter what equipment you have if you don’t
have knowledgeable people running it. A great crew can make
a boring event exciting. A mediocre crew can make an
exciting event boring.
