ABSTRACT
The Internal Revenue Code (IRC) is Title 26 of the U.S. Code. The IRC is more than 4,000 pages long. The IRC includes the federal income tax, federal estate and gift taxes, federal employment taxes, federal excise taxes, and group health plan requirements as a result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
