ABSTRACT
The material in this chapter is something of a miscellany. But it seeks to address the remaining questions of procedure and ancillary matters which may arise, whether the jurisdiction of the court is based on the rules of the Brussels I Regulation or the traditional rules of English law which apply in relation to the jurisdictional rules examined in Chapters 2, 3, and 4, but not identically in each jurisdictional context.
