This chapter contains a weekly overview and facilitator’s guidelines for each session. The weekly overview provides a summary of each week’s session and activities. The facilitator’s guidelines are more detailed and provide examples of reflections to use during the sessions. The group facilitator needs to take the facilitator’s guidelines with them to each session.
