ABSTRACT
By the seventh century, the Chinese were formally testing civil servants using written tests of verbal ability and creativity. The Analysis and Comprehension Aptitude Ranges cover the ground of Vernon's Educational Intelligence, while the Technical Aptitude Range covers Practical Intelligence. The Analysis Aptitude Range is a portfolio of modern and innovative assessments which are available online and in hard-copy formats. The Professional Aptitudes series is designed for the highest-level managers, directors and professionals, and the parallel Work Aptitudes series targets graduates, trainees and technicians. Many of the Saville Consulting aptitude assessments feature variable test content whereby statistically comparable tests from large banks of questions are constructed according to pre-determined rules.
