ABSTRACT
The ‘Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations’ provides the legal framework to protect people against health risks from hazardous substances used at work. All businesses have to consider how COSHH applies to their work. Many will be able to comply with the Regulations with little effort; others, whose work creates greater risks, will have more to do.
