ABSTRACT
Once design teams are formed, team members will need to take on a variety of roles in order to accomplish their tasks. How do we do this in practice? What are the ways that teams assign roles? How do our own particular personality traits affect the way we assume our roles, and what particular roles suit us best as individuals? This chapter provides some insights into these fundamentally challenging questions.
