ABSTRACT

When we are rushing to finish up a project, we often put other things on hold. As soon as the project is complete, we have a tendency to want to mop up and rush off to work on the next pressing item on our to-do list. It might be hard to stop and reflect on the experience, but especially on collaborative projects, reflection is a critical step in the process of knowledge transfer to ensure that lessons learned are digested and can be applied to the next project. How structured, how long, how intense-these can all be adjusted to fit the group’s personality and the extensiveness of the project.
