Knowledge is a powerful resource in understanding and overcoming an eating disorder. We thank the eating disorder researchers, therapists, carers, parents and sufferers who have contributed their recommendations to this resource list. The list is a sample of the literature and support available to assist you on your recovery journey. It provides a sound base on which to gather more knowledge, increase understanding, and seek support.
