ABSTRACT

The organization has resources that it owns, controls or contracts from others. A key decision for any organization is which resources to allocate to which objectives, relative to an expected result or desired positioning. Mobilizing the resources necessary to increase its chances of survival requires the organization to properly assess its potential and locate where it will have the greatest effect. If an organization wants to survive, its skilful mobilization of available resources based on realistic goals must be followed by a proper execution of this allocation. Organizations of all kinds strive to respond to issues that would otherwise remain irresolvable. Competitive advantages created by organizations belong to them for just a short while, and then are shared in the public space, organization to organization. The success of certain organizations, prolonged by sage strategy, imposes on their rivals, for a short time, certain approaches, goals or features to maintain their existence.
