ABSTRACT
In Chapters 1, 2 and 3 there will be no actual interpreting, or rather there will be no production phase. You will not be giving an oral presentation of your version of the source texts. We will not try to reproduce speeches until we have the basic elements of a note-taking system that will allow us to do this usefully.
