ABSTRACT
This chapter is a climax or culmination of the story of the Panjabi verb and verb phrase we began in Chapter 9. As in all these previous chapters, we start with Bhartṛhari’s views. No better description of the semantics of a serial verb construction (SVC) has ever been given.
