Review homework on identifying and modifying precipitants to hot flushes, as well as stress/wellbeing goals. Look at diaries and discuss precipitants, relaxation practice and relationships to hot flushes. Feed back on wellbeing and stress goals. Discussion of dealing with stress goals, e.g. a walk every day, taking time for oneself for an hour a day. Encourage the use of the diary to record specific activities. (15 mins)
