THE GILLISPIE ARGUMENT before the court of appeals was scheduled for July 7, 2009. This was different from many of Godsey’s other cases. With all due respect to the enormous effort required in his successful efforts, DNA eventually proved unequivocal innocence. But there was no surviving DNA in this case.
