ABSTRACT
The author conducted interviews with representatives of the following institutions. While 10 per cent of the interviews were conducted over the phone, 90 per cent were conducted on site in the seat countries of the institution; all countries mentioned below were visited by the author. The interviews were conducted between 2008 and 2013.
