ABSTRACT
Sources of a general nature or in which several different pieces of varying types are discussed are included under the General Studies heading. Following the General Studies list, sources are organized by performance medium, Orchestral Works, Choral Works, Solo Songs, Chamber or Instrumental Works, and Arrangements. Sources that include discussion of the specific performance medium or discuss multiple pieces within that medium are listed under a General category within each section. Sources that include a discussion of only a single published piece are listed under that piece’s heading. Unpublished works are included in a final heading under each performance medium to which they belong.
