ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book has discussed the case of same-sex marriage, social scientists are uncertain about the causes of events, what is currently happening, and what results from alternative policies. It surveyed that lend them to policy improvements with less policy are those about marriage, education and intelligent design, immigration, and factory farming of animals. The book focuses on public policy is important because it can open people up to possibilities. Ethics helps the people to understand much of the rich and perhaps permanent disagreement about the proper tasks of governance. The findings of social scientists help the people to understand causes and consequences. Public policy is open for the people to such progress when it permits people to explore what works. Clarifying the ethical considerations rooting competing views on policy controversies helps the people to gain clearer insight into what is at stake.
