ABSTRACT

This lesson, based around feelings, is dedicated to the creation of well-being. Finding moments to do what we enjoy helps us to meet life’s ever present challenges with greater composure. When we do this we look and feel resilient! The best way to improve our resiliency is to create a life balance between what we must do and things we like to do. Then, we’re more likely to use ‘smart thinking’ and live much more optimistically.
