How to get started

Moving mouth puppet: This is a type of hand puppet in which the mouth is

articulated, most often by the puppeteer’s hand/fingers. It is quite often built

of flexible materials (foam and/or fabric) which allow the puppeteer’s thumb

to operate the lower jaw while the remaining fingers control the upper jaw. The

puppeteer can then open and close the mouth of the puppet as it speaks.
