ABSTRACT
This part of the book is essentially an annotated bibliography to the arguments of parts one and two. It is arranged as a set of chapter-by-chapter notes. The notes are discursive, and in a few places argumentative. They also contain acknowledgments of the special help I received with specific arguments.
