ABSTRACT
Growth involves discovering a new world. As we add and integrate parts within ourselves, we and our worlds are trans formed. Granted, sometimes the transformation is small and doesn’t qualify as a whole world of change. But the point remains: with growth, we leave some old order behind-large or small, personal or professional-and take up a new one.
