ABSTRACT
The following case studies follow addicts through the process of recovery, beyond sobriety. These cases depict the stages and tasks of recovery as described in Chapter Four, and illustrate recovery as the moving away from a focus on self into larger spheres of life, while staying rooted in the fundamental ground of sobriety as a base for personal development.
