ABSTRACT

This is a great side dish recipe for summer buffet tables—especially barbecues and potluck events. It also makes a delicious entrée by adding grilled chicken or pork!

2 packages ramen noodles, chicken flavored

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix

1/2 cup scallions

1/2 cup sunflower seeds (kernels without shells)

3/4 cup oil

1/2 cup white or rice wine vinegar

2 packets ramen noodle chicken flavor seasoning

1/2 cup sugar

Seedless red or white grapes (optional)
