ABSTRACT

Like our other salads, this stands on its own as an impressive side dish. It could also be tossed with grilled chicken for a satisfying entrée.

1 pound rigatoni pasta

1 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into julienne strips

1 (10-ounce) package shredded (matchstick) carrots

8 ounces favorite brand Italian dressing

3 to 4 tablespoons sugar

Salt and pepper to taste
