ABSTRACT
If you walked through an airport, you would instantly be able to pick out, among the monstrous crowds, the pilots and the flight attendants. That’s because the pilots and flight attendants are professionally dressed in some type of uniform. You see, when you step onto an airplane, you want to feel that you’re in capable, competent hands. But wouldn’t the pilot be just as capable and competent if he were dressed in flip flops and jeans? Yes, he would, but the problem is that the passengers would not view him that way.
