ABSTRACT
Activity location models formulated as mathematical programs were presented in chapters 4 and 5. Models for assigning trips to networks were discussed, in their simplest form, in chapter 3. More sophisticated network assignment models were presented in considerable detail in chapters 6 and 7. In this chapter the location models and assignment models are combined.
