ABSTRACT
It was suggested on page 44 that the research worker in subnormality has a difficult task. He has to devise theories of subnormal function which deal with as large a population as possible; and at the same time, he has to discover those parameters which define this population, distinguishing it from other populations. This section deals with two variables which have been manipulated in the present series of experiments with this latter objective.
