Mr. Arcari's emphasis is not just on his own hard work, but also on the timing and generosity of those who nurtured both his talents and his goals. Mr. Iovino felt similarly about pursuing architecture from a young age. Like so many firms, theirs is one that began under the nurturance of a larger environment, whether it is a school or another firm. They work well together and run the business well together. After all, twenty-one years is a long time for a partnership. With such a fount of long and varied experience, both partners offer interesting perspectives on approaching religious projects. In fact, our bigger religious projects have nothing to do with our own religions. "Get to know client as best one can. Visit their current spaces and understand what's important to them in terms of before and after, especially in terms of the services. Really get to know them on a personal level".
