ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to present a number of methods and strategies designed to help academics to develop in their profession as teachers. To ‘develop’ means to learn and to change for the better, to move from one stage to the next; it means to change one’s personal constructs (consisting of both thought and feeling), attitudes and the values underlying one’s strategies and actions.
